Dear parents,(participants)
Tomorrow's arrival time for students will be 2pm in the their given constume and light make up. Send them after proper lunch and  light snacks in tiffin box and water bottle. We will be providing snacks packet with soft drinks and water. 
Two parents of each participant can reach the gate no 3 by 4:30 with the printed invitation card. Soft copy won't be accepted. More than two persons won't be permitted. If you are bring an infant or kid, you should make them sit on your lap. Please avoid using  chairs for kids. Two snacks packet with water and a soft will be provided at the gate as you enter. Tea will be provided in bween. Garbage bags will be brought to you to drop the wastes. Canteen will be functioning outside gate 3. 

Participants will be handed over only after the Grant Finale and National Anthem from the respective green rooms which will be announced after the National Anthem. Avoid arguing with staff to take away students before it. Though we have pitched water proof tent above the chairs, it may be cold. Wear appropriate winter clothes.
