At St. Thomas School, we cater more than 40 routes in and around Ghaziabad, Delhi, Noida and Greater Noida. The feature of bus route system is that each bus is boarded and deboarded from within the school campus under strict supervision. Buses are supported with a helper and a teacher / guard and for safety each bus is equipped with a First Aid Box and GPS tracking system. All school buses have installed CCTV camera. Attendance of children boarding the buses is taken.

Rules

• School transportation facility is available for students who wish to avail it.
• Parents who wish to avail transport facility should fill in the BUS AVAILABILITY form available on the Edunext App/Website.
• Parents who want School Transport for their wards shall furnish a written undertaking that the school will not be held responsible for any damage/injury/loss of life/or property due to any accident.
• In case parents want a change of Bus Stops/routes, they should fill up the form available on the website/gate and submit it at the school's transport counter. However, the transport facility will be provided in the changed routes only if seats are available.
• A calendar month's notice must be given in writing before withdrawing a student from the school transport. The running quarter's transport charges should be paid. No such application will be accepted for the last quarter.
• Other than normal school hours/days, parents have to arrange their own transport for dropping and picking up their wards.
• The transportation fee is charged for 11 months in a year, irrespective of any unforeseen long holidays that occur due to various reasons.
• Any complaint or suggestion regarding school transport must be reported to the Principal. Parents should not argue or manhandle bus staff or detain the bus en route. The transport facility will be withdrawn in case of such action.
• The transport charge must be remitted in a timely manner.
