Important School Guidelines
Dear Students, Teachers, and Parents,

To maintain a smooth and efficient functioning of our school, the following requests cannot be accepted under any circumstances:

1. *Change of Date/Month/Year of Birth*: Once registered, birth dates cannot be altered.
2. *Withdrawal of Transport*: No transport withdrawal will be allowed in the last quarter for any class.
3. *Change of Registered Subjects*: Subjects registered in classes IX and XI cannot be changed in classes X and XII.
4. *Name and Spelling Changes*: Changes to student and parent names or spellings are not allowed after the finalization of the registration process and List of Candidates (LOC) after class IX.
5. *Transfer Certificate (TC) Applications*: TC applications received after March 30th will incur a late submission fee equivalent to the running quarter fees.
6. *Change of Section*: Section changes are not permitted after the release of final term results. Sections are shuffled every two classes by school authorities, and changes won't be allowed once the new section is mentioned on the report card.
7. *Prohibited Items*: Parents are not allowed to submit tiffin boxes, water bottles, projects, etc., at the gate.
8. *Dress Code for Parents*: Parents wearing immodest or short attire are not permitted entry into the school campus.
9. *Student Pickup During School Hours*: Students cannot be taken out during school hours without sufficient reason. If a student is sick on an exam day, they should not be sent for the exam, and a medical certificate must be submitted. Students can only leave with an escort card and approval from the school nurse in medical emergencies.
10. *Double Promotion*: Double promotions to any class are not allowed, regardless of a student's academic brilliance.
11. *Prohibited Items in School*: The following items are strictly prohibited:
    - Electronic gadgets (mobile phones, smartwatches, earphones)
    - Sharp objects (scissors, knives, cutters)
    - Lighters, firearms
    - Gold ornaments
    - Long hair for boys, beards, long nails, nail polish, etc.

These guidelines are also mentioned in the school almanac. We request parents to read and adhere to them to avoid any inconvenience.
