Fee Regulations

    • The composite fee shall be submitted by Cheque/Online. Cash will not be accepted
    • The fee shall be paid in four quarters
      I Quarter April to June To be paoid on or before 20th of April
      II Quarter July to September To be paid on or before 20th of July
      III Quarter October to December To be paid on or before 20th of Octobet
      IV Quater January to March To be paid on or before 20th of January
    • The fee after the due date will be accepted along with the fine of Rs. 100/- per month(including the running month)
    • Fees by cheque can be dropped in the cheque Drop Boxes kept in the school between 7.30 a.m and 03.30 p.m. Clearing time 12.00 noon.
    • Outstation cheques/Post dated cheques will not be accepted. Any cheques dishonoured due to insufficient fund,errors in sign,date,a/c no.,words figure,over writing e.t.c will be treated under category of non- payment of the fee and a fine of Rs. 350/- per cheque will be charged and a late fee of Rs 100/- per month if the fee is paid after the due date.
    • A Student leaving the school will be issued the transfer certificate only when all dues including the running quarter's fee are cleared. In case of withdrawal of a student, the security deposit alone will be refunded (only to the parents). Those who leave the school in the 3rd Quarter (beginning from October) are liable to pay the fees up to the month of March.
    • Fee defaulters of more than 2 instalments shall not be permitted to sit for exams and their name shall be struck off from the school enrolment and such students will have to seek re-admission.
    • Cheques duly crossed should be drawn in favour of:
    • St.Thomas Kindergarten for Nursery & Prep
    • St. Thomas School for Class I onwards
    • Fees once paid will not be refunded.
    • Those appearing for Board Exams should clear all dues (till March) by 20th of January.

    • Fee certificate will be provided on demand only once the entitre fee is paid.If demanded in between Rs 100/- will be charged.

Steps for fee payment through online mode

  • Go to St. Thomas Indirapuram School Website - https://ind.stthomasghaziabad.org/
  • Click on EDUNEXT Login (Upper Right Corner of the main Page)
  • You will reach on School-Edunext Portal > Enter School Code as ‘STGS’. Choose the branch as ‘Indirapuram’. Then LOGIN screen will appear.
  • Fill your admission number as username and default password as ‘student123’ (Edunext password provided by the school) OR the changed password and Click on Login.
  • You will reach on Your Ward's Edunext Profile - Click on Go to Dashboard >>
  • Click on Left Side on Menu for Enlarge Menu Options
  • Click on Fee - Online Fee Payment 8. Select all the Dues Months - Click on Proceed
  • Confirm your Ward's Details and click on Proceed 10. You Will Reach on Payment Gateway Page - Please select a payment option like online Banking/debit card/credit card/ UPI - fill your banking credentials and pay the fees.
